I have absolutely zero positives to pin this to, but this game somehow doesn't feel over…

Some of our passes in the first half were so awful. Smart through it into 3 Heat defenders in the paint, Jaylen threw it to the lone defender on a 2 on one break with a weak pass to Grant. Inexcusable.

Simply HAVE to come out strong in the third. No let up. Let's be within five going into the fourth and steal this game.

Can’t let them extend it right out of the gate. Make them sweat!

If we keep pushing they will fold. Deep down they know they can't win.

We came out napping, the Heat came out a hundred miles and hour and punched us in the mouth and took us out of our game plan for the first quarter. We were a step slow on everything and casual with our passing, the Heat really turned up their intensity. It was like we were still playing as a continuation of game 2 but the Heat were playing a new game. That's why we turned the ball over and let them run and get transition points and let Bam bully Al and Theis.

But we're still standing. We took their best hit and we're still standing. Just keep getting back to what we are good at, don't let poor offense dictate our defense, and keep hitting singles and we will overcome this lead. Just have to keep getting back to basics, stop score chasing, focus on doing the fundamentals right.

I want to be positive, but getting it down to.15 is good, but it's another to erase the deficit entirely.
Back to wanting Joe fired.

Put the first half behind now. 2nd half begins down 15-0. 24 minutes to play, get it done!

Well, we ended the half on a 10-0 run after playing maybe our worst ball of the season.

Play Celtics ball and this game is very winnable.

Tatum 3-10, 3 turnovers. That has to change if we hope to win.

Time lord would have changed this game

Lol forget that soft dude. Can never count on him. PJ Tucker who is 37 is playing with a sore knee.

There are different levels of soreness. Also a younger player has more to lose.

Yeah, and only one of them is coming off of major surgery on their knee. Apples and oranges. Comparing a bumped knee to a surgically repaired knee that was in all likelihood brought back a little too early.

Cleaning up a meniscus tear ain't major surgery.

cripes, Theis at -19 in just 8 minutes.  knew it was bad with him on the floor but that's just horrid

Smart also -19
also bad but that's in 20 minutes.  when I see someone with a + or - well into double digits with less than 10 minutes of playing time, it tends to reflect how much they helped or hurt the team while playing.  Theis didn't fill out the stat sheet but he didn't provide much in terms of intangibles either.

whole team needs to do a lot better
