Really like Rob Williams mentality. On the bench, he is up talking, totally into the game. When they had him wired, he was constantly communicating and I loved him yelling, "Keep playing the right way" !!!! Tells me something about his understanding of the game and how to play winning basketball. I have read that he is a total team guy. Hope so. If he could stay healthy, he could develop into something real special. His improvement has been great for us.
