Pritchard's outside shooting could be a big swing factor tonight.

We also have other shooters on the bench that could help bomb the zone.

Let's not forget Batman!

ok we need theis and timelord to step up and score

white and PP also

what is boards take on fitts? will he see time? he had some nice bombs in cleanup against the bucks?

what do you think?

will white and PP split 24 minutes each at PG?

Well it’s great that PP had a big game on Sunday.  He was not shooting well and seemed to breakout in G7.

White can’t hit the broad side of a barn but hope he’s keyed in on moving the ball and playing D.

Hope Theis has one of his 5-5’s and not one of his 0-5’s

I wasn’t counting on a win tonight but knowing Al will be out for at least 1 maybe 2 more and who knows about Smart - I’m now thinking a win tonight is more important than I was thinking earlier today.

The Heat will be pressuring Tatum, trying to get the ball out of his hands or inticing him to take bad shots.

Without Smart and Horford ball movement and play-making will suffer. IMO this puts pressure on Jaylen Brown and Rob Williams to come up big. I’m talking about Brown going through stretches where he dominates and scores 25. And Williams playing 28-30 minutes of mid-season like basketball. We’re gonna need Rob on both sides of the ball, to do what he does best.

This will take some smart play to get a win.

I just hope Tatum doesn’t try to do it all himself.

My fear as well. And Brown could be even worse about trying to win the game by himself.
Get ready to watch some turnovers.

The timing to me feels so weird though. Like just an hour before they announced Horford was in protocols, he was literally on the court shooting and talking with guys too. How does that work?? So do the people he interacted with also become close contacts? Did he suddenly develop symptoms while shooting?

Who knows, might've been a routine test done before shootaround and the results came back after.

They're not disclosing much.

Supposedly he felt sick and asked for a test.

Thanks! Tbh if he tested positive I think we'd hear about it.

I swear to god though, if he misses a game because of some false positive or something...  >:(

I’m not a fan of the fact that Timelord is still going to come off the bench.

Nah, literally first thing Ime says is "we don't disclose status". So we wouldn't hear through official channels.

Struck me odd too! When he said Grant & Derrick, it made me double-take.

Yeah, just heard that.  There’s no way TL isn’t significantly limited if he’s coming off the bench despite Al being out.

It’s looking pretty bleak, not going to lie. I don’t fancy our chances with the referees without international superstar Al Horford to influence them.

Well yeah, the team won't but you know Woj/Shams and these other guys will  :P

We'll see. The good thing is, it's a 7-game series and I think most of us are expecting a loss tonight anyways (even before the Horford/Smart news). Just praying Horford can come back sooner rather than later.

I guess he trusts Grant on Bam, which is fair enough given various factors. I just hope TL plays ahead of Theis, he’s so much more dynamic
