A lot of things went wrong in the clutch..from that offensive Portis rebound that was already in Smart hands (that on top should not have happened if Giannis made the FT, so letting the game tied with our last possess) to this one you highlighted, even if apart from game 1 with the Nets, this year JT in the clutch frequently took wrong decisions...but to me the game was lost on rebounds, we let them 17 ORs and too many 2nd chances. We missed timelord.

How was this on Tatum? Tatum’s literally looking at Al, waiting for Al to set the screen. Al snaps out of it but the pass has been made by that time

Yeah, not sure Tatum could have done anything earlier. Besides move too early and get Al a moving screen call I guess.

Honestly smart made the most out of the situation. He found a good place\space on the court, got a decent drive > Jrue just rotated quickly and smart didn’t see it coming. A pocket pass to brown would\could have happened had he seen jrue rotate (smart was already picking up his shot) and if time lord was in it would have been a lob.

Also shows the problem with players only going for 3s or dunks. That space on the floor where the big hole was would have been money for a midrange j

I get that we had no timeouts, but what I wondered at the time was why did we start the play so early?  Marcus drove with about 8 seconds left.

Had that open a lot the last few games and they didn't takenthw shot. My level of disgusting at the rookie like play from this team in immeasurable right now.
Back to wanting Joe fired.
