DWhite had a couple of big chances to hit key 3's -- wide open.  No go.  Disappointing.

PP missed a couple good looks (1 badly) in the end.

Glad they have time for Marcus to be ready.  Hope JBs hammy...  idk - gets better?

You win in the league with defense and Boston has the best, even without Smart.

Giannis got his, but the C's did a great job limiting the others including Holiday

Crazy +/-  White 0pts, 4reb,5 assists   +22

This is why player +/- is such a useless stat. A player can be absolutely atrocious but because he was out there during the 1st half surge people will say he wasnt that bad.. Hate to say it but this is who he was since the deadline besides a couple nice games sprinkled in.

I was really hoping for him to be that missing piece but hes just missing
everyone got so sensitive after 9-11... thanks alot bin laden

He really needs a new jersey number.

VanGundy is spot on about what the C’s need to do to win the series. Relying too much on the 3 ball.

yup
LET'S GO CELTICS!

Defense and 3s tonight.  I'll take it.

Jaylen was a lot of fun to watch tonight. When he’s on, dude can score from anywhere…

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Even with a 25-point lead at one point, the guys ended up playing heavy minutes tonight because of a mediocre 2nd half. Tatum may play 44 minutes

We need more than 7 anyway you slice it.

There were probably certain matchups and rotations and coverages Ime liked and he didn't want to increase the permutations. If there had been less then a 3 day break between games he may have played Theis. But I don't think anyone outside of the starters + Gwill, PP, White and Theis will ever get a look in unless it's a blowout. He established that over the whole year.

Happy for the win but that 2nd half overall wasn't that encouraging. We're going to need a better, more complete effort on the road otherwise we could be in trouble. It'd be nice but I highly doubt the C's will shoot as lights out as they did in today's 1st half lol

I hope ownership doesn't cheap out on signing Grant and PP.

He did have that huge assist to JT by driving the ball and kicking out for that dagger 3. DW needs to work on his 3 pointers. If JT didn’t runnbeyond the 3 point line that offensive possession might have been dead.

Tense game in the second half.  All in all a fun great win.

If White is going to shoot this bad I’d prefer Ben Simmons

Expecting the Bucks to start covering the perimeter more next game. Hostile crowd so expect whistles going their way.

But let's go in and steal game 3!!
