We’ve all played the what-if game in terms of drafting Giannis in 2013 instead of KO, but what are some other big what-ifs in the NBA for the past decade?

How about this: After drafting Giannis in 2013 and trading for Middleton in 2013, what-if the Bucks had drafted Embiid in 2014 instead of Jabari Parker? How unstoppable would a Giannis/Embiid/Middleton trio be?

With regards to our Celtics, what if we had traded down in 2014 instead of drafting James Young and picked up Nikola Jokic at the end of the first-round or early in the second? That draft would have yielded Smart and Jokic, and the Nets picks surely would have still yielded JB and JT. Wow.
