I know we do it, too, but the league has to put a stop to the "falling down" on every three point attempt when someone is close trying to draw the foul. It's so ridiculous. They need to start charging flops on that.

That said, that's clearly a foul for Timelord. But there's nothing there that would legitimately make a player like KD fall down there.
