Since there was already a "big 3", out of respect for them we should name these new celtic core 3  superstars should have a different nickname, a nickname of their own is best for them and for the big 3. Which one is the best?

I personally am loving the TripleThreat one, due to the fact that all 3 star players are a threat so they form a triplethreat, but also all 3 are 'TripleThreats' (bball term) in that they can dribble pass and shoot as well.


For the people that vote "other"/other selection on the poll, if you could reply and list the name you think is best that would be real cool too. Thanks.

I've been saying "The Three" since the deal and I like it, quick, easy and identifiable.  It's an homage to The Big Three without ripping them off. 

Also, I'm lazy, really lazy, and I hate syllables, they're for pansies.  Any nickname with more than 2 I'm not for. I like mine.

I am New to this site, but I have been calling Pierce KG and Allen, "The Next 3" seeing lets face it, they can't e ven be close to the "Big 3" till the win a championship. so "The Next 3" works.

trio grande, or tres grande, is best.  it basically is the same as the "big three," but in different words, and that is the most appropriate description.  Three potent basketball forces, but with different names from the originals.

And I think it sounds best, by far.
