great pull away in the 4th.  wouldn't have happened earlier this season

No offense meant at all by this, just a general statement:

I think the "wouldn't have happened earlier in the season" narrative has run its course. This team is what it is now. And that's really freaking good.

It's really impressive how we shut down the Pistons completely in the 4th. Their first field goal in the quarter came with about 43 seconds left in the game.

Game ball goes to Marcus Smart. 20pts, 5ast, 5stl, 3reb, only 1TO. 6-10 from the field, 2-3 from 3pt, 6-7 from the line. Excellent defense... can’t ask for much more than that.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

commenting on their overall improvement this season.  it's not a negative

It's a statement of improvement. They have really improved. Teams don't usually get this much better in season. It's great to see.

Oh, I agree completely. It's just baffling to me that it's now commonplace.

Or to rephrase: The Celtics are a better team now and different from earlier in the season

Why is Marcus smart doing a sideline interview without a shirt on

I think he gave his jersey to one of the Pistons.

It was nice to see Pritchard come in and just throw himself around like that.

Still 100% from the free throw line.
