THT is 21 years old until November. I definitely could see a career like a Jae Crowder with a little more ball-handling. I think he'd be a great asset to have. I just don't like giving up Richardson to do it.
What if we sent Schroeder and roped in Detroit to send McGruder to LA. That gives them two veteran role players for the playoff push. Apparently the Nuggets thought highly enough of McGruder to try to get him earlier this year. We could send out Langford to the Pistons and get some future second back.
That doesn't get us under the luxury tax, but it does get us one more prospect on our roster.
