The Jays with 12 TOs really hurt their chances.

I thought we perhaps turned the corner. The Celtics struggle against decent or better teams. It's that simple. The Hawks are a .500 team, similar to the Celtics and not the Kings or any other lowly NBA team. This was expected.

It's a mind set, for some reason certain players on this team feel they and they alone are in-charge of closing a game. They just will not let the game come to them.

It's getting that I expect to lose games against other .500 clubs and be drubbed against the best teams.

Trying to turn your forwards into point guards because you don't have a point guard isn't a winning formula...

Look at all the 3pt shooters Atlanta has: Young, Collins, Bagdonovic, Huerter, Hunter, Gallinari... yet they took less 3pt shots than the C’s have. Boston goes 7-36 for a whopping 19%. Same old story... Same strategy every game.

Yeah, you have to coach the players that you have not the ones you don't. Needed the midrange game tonight.

IDK, Maybe go inside to Al once in a while? He’s a good post player and finished the game with 3 shot attempts... Is there something wrong with taking higher percentage shots?

You have to have a coach that can ajust to the game.

Definition of a .500 team. Probably the most frustrating place to be.

He's also shooting 58.6% from midrange (117.2 ORTG!), so any coach/analyst with a brain would be telling him to bomb away from the heart of the midrange.

I agree that having a better point guard would help, but holy hell 12 turnovers between those two.

They are def having growing pains learning to control the ball but still...I have said over and over again both those guys need to spend the whole next summer on their handles and bbiq.

We are just never going to be worth anything as a team until Brown and Tatum get their turnovers under control.  Brown has been worse than Tatum, but both have had way way too many turnovers.  I hope it is something that practice and experience can help control.

I understand wanting to stick with a certain offensive strategy for maybe the first quarter or third of the year, but the C’s are more than halfway through the season and it’s the same garbage offense game after game. They are who they are, not a good 3pt shooting team. Most of the players outside of Tatum and Brown have not been good shooters form deep for their careers. I mean, what are we doing here?   ???
