Imagine Horford going back to Philly. He would probably retire. Harris is a net negative asset, does seem bold to try and add him to a distressed asset.

I’m curious if Ben simmons is in basketball shape. He has never had the reputation of being a gym rat. I don’t see him contributing much this season unless he is traded immediately.

 Hes not a hard worker. But he's always been in shape, doesn't have the Fat gene like Antoine or Zion williamson though. Not too worried about his conditioning.  Worried about his soft mental approach.
