Why didn't Ime call a timeout when they got the ball with 15+

Exactly!

Because having JT go in the fast break into a team that's not set is as good as an offensive set, and you can possibly use the timeout afterwards. Which is exactly why it was good.

are there 2 all-star wings who have worse handles than our 2?  nightmare watching them try to dribble under pressure

I kinda agree with this.

Combine that with mediocre shooting and you just have 2 players that aren't quite superstar level.

Goes for both of them too.

I have been saying that during the last few weeks.  Their biggest weakness is their ball handling ability, and how they always get stripped.  They don't handle the ball strong, use their body to keep the defenders hands away, and are too fancy with all the ball handling vs how poor of actual fundamental ball handlers they are.  They are like music students who don't even know their basic scales yet trying to pull off crazy solos.

Great shot by JT, but it should never have come to this.  Still a sorry ass game.

Scal is so painful to listen to. It’s like he doesn’t even know the rules of the game.

tatum came up big -- a few makes earlier would have been more helpful but I'll take a game tying bucket.  amazed they didn't do something stupid like force a 3.

Doesn’t help they’re usually attacking double and triple teams.

Because he's an idiot. Would rather Tatum or Brown iso a bad shot up instead of running a set up play for a better look.

That said, he's not shown a single good ATO play all season long thus far, so maybe his futility in that regard makes it a good call? lol

at least JT got us to the tie.  now just survive to get to OT and win the game.

Love the guy.

Prefer him over Tommy.
