Brad has no idea how to put a team together and hiring a coach to appease the players really worked lol. Blow it up. This team is better off ripping the band off than to wallow around the play in game and just outside the lottery.

Honestly so much of this is on Ime and tonight’s game showed it. Dude has no idea how to adjust in-game. The roster is flawed but it isn’t this bad. Ime was Brad’s biggest mistake.

We may not be winning more games than before, but at least the Celtics are winning in the "being able to relate better with the head coach" department.

I like the roster. The problem is the coach’s inability to run an offense.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Gotta love Fournier.  His three highest scoring games of the year are against the Celts.  Seems like he’s p---ed at the team for dumping him.

He plays great against the C's and isn't really doing much against anyone else.  Averaging 12 points a game, and 36% from 3.  Blah.
I mean maybe if we had kept him he would be doing better.  But right now he seems like an assassin against us only.

If you look at the bigger picture, a lot of other guys have looked like All Stars against the Celtics’ defense. It’s not just Evan.

Awesome job giving extensions to guys who can't shoot.

But they're awesome at defense! Right? :-\

No point in being awesome in defense when they can't generate points and still lose games.

This team is a hot mess.

Not sure why people are surprised after that nightmare offseason. A lot of people here were happy and thought this was going to be some sort of top team in the East for some reason. This team can’t shoot. They got rid of a good shooter Fournier because he was too “expensive” and then proceeded to sign and trade for a bunch of guys who literally couldn’t score in a brothel. And to top it off, they extended Smart to a ridiculous contract. Furthermore more, they caved to the players and hired an awful coach to compound things even more.

I still think JT and JB can work in the right environment. They need players who can compliment them. No one on this roster does. Everyone on the roster should be on the trading block for shooting and player that can help run the offense.

I am still flabbergasted by all those signings. Especially on top of letting Fournier walk.

The whole idea of sacrificing a 1st round pick in order to get Horford for Kemba was a the cap flexibility it created. Then CBS gave it all away with extensions to Smart & Josh Richardson.

We were in position for a 3rd star via free agency. Why give it up over such marginal talent!!

If you were going to give extensions to people, keep the bloody pick!!

Defense doesn't drive winning in today's league.

Offense does.Offense needs to prioritized over defense.

Because nobody can stop anybody anymore in today's NBA. Gotta outscore them -- heck, out-shoot them is more accurate.

Defense doesn't drive winning anymore.

It's nice having Horford back in town, but I hated that trade from the beginning. I will say that I was likely wrong that the #16 pick in last year's draft is the highest pick we'll have in a while. I personally loved Kemba - so it wasn't like we dumped a malcontent for Al.

Hopefully we can sort things out moving forward. Al's salary and a bunch of picks may get us something really good...maybe even someone as good as Kemba /s
