Guys, that's clearly a flagrant by the definition. Smart puts his foot in the landing area, guy even lands on his foot.

How can you not see that.

Doesn't matter - smart jumped at him too. In fact, Smart jumped at him AFTER he went into the air for the shot.

My problem with Mannix is that, while he is knowledgeable about happenings around the league, he seems to be clueless about what's happening on the floor during a game.
