Do we know if Kyrie had COVID previously and has natural immunity? If so, he probably won't catch COVID again. It is the vaccines that have immunity wear out.

I still think that Kyrie is a smart dude who trolls the media on purpose.

Marcus Smart had COVID right when the pandemic started about 2 years ago. I haven't seen him testing positive since then. He did get vaccinated also, so it is not a pure test of natural immunity, but there have been reports of "super immunity" when a vaccinated person gets a breakthrough case: they only get one breakthrough case, not multiple.

I heard that the Nets made this decision because they have a high percentage of road games coming up, but he won't be able to play at MSG and I bet other arenas will deny him as well.

So the Nets 'caved', yet I don't see this move as helping them much, if at all.  They are in 1st place in the East already. Kyrie playing sometimes but not all the time could be disruptive.

Yup coworker who is anti vax got covid twice and the delta had him sick a week. First time with covid he said was a mild cold. Couple people I know got it twice vax and unvax each strain affects every person differently.
