Why don’t they ever challenge anything?

The rule change this year about no longer automatically being able to review out of bounds calls in the final two minutes has made most coaches start saving them towards the very end of the game.

It's a good change, though. The refs' reviews in those situations were so arbitrary and inconsistent, and half the time the ball gets knocked out due to illegal contact but that is not reviewable.

It was a mix up between GWill and Kanter. Having Kanter on the court does complicate their ability to defend the perimeter
