This is ridiculous. One guy gets a tech for a sack whack and then they give Williams a flagrant 1 for wrapping the guy up??? What are we doing here?

It's not ridiculous. You don't want people committing retaliatory fouls.

It's time the NBA implemented that intentional-foul stuff.

He wrapped him up. He didn’t tackle him to the ground or hit him in the head in retaliation. He just grabbed him.

Yeah, from behind, rapping around his upper body.

I never said it wasn’t a foul. Flagrant is excessive for that play. Common foul. 2 shots. Move on. I don’t know how you can just that as a flagrant while the same replay shows the other player hitting him below the belt and he only got a technical.
