oh man, what a cut and pass -- Tatum and Horford

Tatum should have 2 or 3 more assists.

His assist stat doesn't reflect how well he's been passing out of high pressure situations this season.  Lots of instances where his teammates have been missing shots.  From my observation his passing overall has been significantly improved.

TP. People always harp on his "lack" of passing, but I think he's been far more willing to pass the ball and creative with his passes at that, but guys haven't hit shots.
