I wish our star players were consistent. Hard for any team to win games when your top two players are no shows.

At least Tatum is showing signs of a pulse in this one.

Brown's knee has to be bothering him. He's been off on everything and making poor decisions out there forcing things.

Why are him and Smart leading the team in minutes tonight??? Makes no sense.

Yeah there’s something going on with him… I’d rather Ime sit him and play Nesmith.

What kills me about this defense is that we seem to either switch everything inappropriately, or we go under the screen on shooters. And it's not really consistent at all either way.

I was just going to type something similar.  Both JT and JB seem to have wild swings in their play at times.  JB looked unstoppable on opening night.  Then tonight he won't even get to double figures.  JT has a LOT of swings like that too.  Both have way too many of these completely off 2-17 type games for how talented they are.  Maybe it is the def focus that both of them draw?  I dunno just grasping at straws why it seems to happen a lot.

As much as JT has been driving hard to the basket, he only has 2 FTs.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

For sure, going under screens has been a big issue so far this season.  I don't understand it.

14-8 fouls. Two different standards of fouls on the each side of the floor, and it's not like we've been just jacking up jumpshots.

Neither are natural at creating offense.  I feel we really need a true pass first point guard who quarterbacks the offense.  Like Rondo did.  Smart definitely can’t.  Schroeder is so so at it.

Nice, chipping away.  Cut it to 5 or 6 by the 4th quarter and we're in good shape.

Imagine CP3 on this team, they’d look 500x better. That’s never going to happen, but I wanted them to target Rubio

Smart's offense and point guard play has clearly been awful, but people ragging on his defense are off. He's been superb on that end this year - matching  opp fg% from his last All-Defense year.
