R Kelly allegedly has tapes on other artists. About to Rat

 R Kelly is going to rat on many other artists and rappers and claims he has tapes to prove it. If anyone has tapes it may be Kelly.

Typical case of two wrongs actually making a right.

R. Kelly is a piece of trash. Ratting out your friends when you're about to go down, for no reason, is disgusting.

But hey, if it gets more people convicted for the crimes they committed ... that's a plus.

Sad to hear though. Humans suck.
