My biggest half time takeaway:

We could  really have used Evan Fournier's shooting.

Orlando is better coached than last year
if their walking wounded come back and contribute this year, they could possibly have a shot at a play in slot

Bamba looks like a different player so far. If he keeps that up they got a shot at that playoff spot.

The pairing of Schroder and Richardson does leave you with a second unit that is light on shooting. the other three positions better all have shooters, and even then spacing will be tough.

So Al looks like. Al.... so much for him being washed.

Yeah -- he's moving great.

I agree he looks pretty nimble at the moment. But the concern is how his knee holds up 40 games into the season. If he was looking bad in his first game in 8 months it would be a real bad sign. I am definitely rooting for him and liked the story of how happy he was to be back.

Yes, I’m worried about who our third scorer will be. The 15ppg type guy who can score 20+ if needed. What happens if Tatum or Brown are injured or having a bad game. Will we end up seeing Smartacus doing his Steph Curry impersonation chucking threes? I’m guessing it will probably be Schroder based on historical performance. He should be good for 15 a game on average. Richardson and Al are occasional scorers these days and Nesmith is still too raw.

Nesmith will take care of that.

Heard Pritchard is a pretty good shooter.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Biggest takeaways so far for me:

1) We have a real bench!!

2) Our ball movement is much better

3) We are taking it to the basket and getting to the line more
