Who do you have as rookie of the year?


I'm going with Jalen Green. He seems NBA ready and he's got a green light to shoot, shoot, shoot.

Jalen Green..Houston going to have a bad year but Green will get the green light to be a top scorer for that team

Yeah, honestly I have no faith in Kevin Porter Jr. to not continue his self-sabotaging ways. Both Green and KPJ both clearly think of themselves as the best player on that roster. Not to mention the touches Christian Wood and Eric Gordon will command. Such a peculiar team.

My guy Mason Jones had a couple of big games for them before going to Philly. I would have brought him back before getting Exum.

Cade has a good shot at it but things are a little messier in Detroit than in Houston where they are in full rebuild mode. The Pistons might be trying to be good at least the first half of the season.

If Detroit is good because Cade is good enough, that’s fine for them, but they’re going to give him the keys from day 1.  They aren’t actually trying — that’s why they were willing to get a bunch of 2nd round picks to buy out DeAndre Jordan so the Nets didn’t have to.  A full third of their payroll is in dead salary — management knows it’s limitations.

Gotta be Cade right? Winning and efficiency doesn’t matter in ROY. It’s about raw stats and he’ll likely have the highest usage rate among rookies, I think.
