The Cleveland Cavaliers are adding big man Tacko Fall to an already enormous frontcourt, signing the seven-footer to a one-year, non-guaranteed contract, according to Shams Charania of Stadium and The Athletic.

Definitely - Appeared to be a great teammate and a good guy. I hope he is able to stay around the league for awhile.

Tacko revenge vs Celtics?

If he keeps up the hard work... maybe can be serviceable like Boban

Glad another team took a chance on him to keep his NBA dream alive.

Glad Tacko is getting an opportunity, as he seems l III ke a great guy.

Sadly, given the Cavs depth at the we center position and that Tacko's contract is not guaranteed, I don't like his chances of lasting to here very long.

I wonder if it is one of those Exhibit 10 contracts, where they anticipate sending him to their G league team. I don’t know quite how those work.

The contract is non-guaranteed.  They will give him a shot at being the 5th big (Allen, Mobley, Markkanen, Love).  The Cavs also have both 2W spots available though I don't recall if Tacko can be signed to one of those under the rules.

four 7 footers and then Love.  That would be awesome to see.

Good luck Tacko! I was going to go see him play for the Maine Redclaws but the pandemic happened. I wish he was still playing for the Celtics, hopefully he develops enough to stay in the league and return to the Celtics at some point.
