Trey Murphy would have been my pick at 16.

Probably me as well, although I would have gladly traded this pick for two future number ones.

Nah, more like the two kids Oklahoma City eventually takes (or will it be 4 kids by then?) will haunt us.

The Thunder got two future firsts for #16?

Danny would have loved that deal.

They got two picks that could be very good.  Not sure why Houston would do that.

The Washington one isn’t bad.  The Detroit one is far from guaranteed to convey.

The Thunder must have a zillion picks in this draft
I think they are working on a future draft where they have all 32 first round picks.

They currently have scouts stationed at key daycare facilities doing assessments on promising toddlers in preparation for their 15 picks in the 2036 NBA Draft

Two trades out of the draft in the teens.  That’s pretty unusual, although I agree with the strategy.  Drafts are a crapshoot, and with Covid that’s been amplified.

Pretty much all the PF prospects we would have considered are still there.  Do we try to trade back in?

Would hope we’re at least asking the question.
