Not when you're talking about "riding the hot hand" and then ONLY focus on 3 pointers. That's kinda silly when someone shoots 2/3 but also 2/7. 2/7 aint no hot hand. If you disagree with that, fine. But that's not how statistics work; you can't just look at the one tiny little thing that supports your decision. You have to look at the whole thing.
