It's been a source of consternation for me for many years, players who flail around at minimal/imaginary contact. For reasons unknown this is called flopping if you're defending (see Smart, Marcus), yet for offensive players, they are "great at drawing contact". I just don't get it.

The one over Kyrie? I think you're underrating Kyrie's defence. When he tries (read: playoff game vs his former team) he's superb.
