The game plan is working. CBS talked about being able to adjust to their attacks and changes mid game. Let’s see how we adjust in the second half.

Where was this C’s team all season?

Hurt.

Nope...CBS is a giant killer that is why I thought he had a chance

Very good half.

Tatum started punishing the Nets for overplaying him at the end of the half there.  Would like to see him doing that - and guys keep knocking down shots off of his dishes - because otherwise they can just swarm him.

Williams made a difference.  Smart and Fournier made some plays... need Fournier to ditch the gambles though, got burned on them twice in the first quarter.  Hopefully Kemba can get going after foul trouble.  I really don't think the Nets have anybody who can guard him if he gets hot.

Keep playing hard and the chips will fall where they fall.

Great effort so far. Great defense and high efficiency from the 3 point land.

TL is a game changer with him altering the shots. Should have played more if toe permits.

Really proud of these guys. Exceptional effort in the first half, couldn't ask for anything more.

Someone other than Smart has to step up on offense though if we want to pull this out down the stretch.

I feel like this type of play is the reason we will look to move Jaylen Brown for an all star BIG. It’s not Kemba or Marcus. They both fit with Tatum’s game. It’s Brown who has big time value who can net us a legit BIG that fits with Williams, with Tristan in rotation as well.

I do love the Fournier, Pritchard, Parker, & Nesmith additions this year. All fit us well. Now let’s go find that Big (through the draft or on Minnesota’s squad).

It's only 1 half but the Nets aren't as scary as they seem on paper - much like our Celtics team when Kyrie was on it.  Of course if they get hot and start knocking down their 3's the script will reverse quickly, but I just don't see much cohesion on offense, and their defense has always been suspect.

A lot of bigs in draft..JB is untouchable.

I feel like starting guys who play no defence like Blake alongside 3 offensively-focused stars is a recipe for disaster in the playoffs.

Celtics 9-17 from 3 Brooklyn 1-12 from 3. We need to be prepared for when that starts to even out

Really proud of these guys. Exceptional effort in the first half, couldn't ask for anything more.

Someone other than Smart has to step up on offense though if we want to pull this out down the stretch.

I’m hoping for Kemba to explode in the 2nd half.

As much as I'm happy to see us doing well, in the back of my mind I can't help from thinking that this means the Lakers will win another title this year.

Me too. Him or Fournier gotta bring it this half.
