Pop must be fuming.

Losing is befitting end an evil sorcerer like old man Pop itch

Long Live the one named Tatum

I'm with ya on this one---if those 1997 Ping Pong balls dropped the way they should have....He'd have been long gone years ago.

As far as I can tell, this is the 3rd greatest comeback in NBA history. Impressive.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Man if Tatum just hit that one FT

Would be all time leader with 61 pts in a game

Jays record tying/breaking this season

He's only 23.

He'll have more high scoring games, maybe one with 80....

For sure

80???  ;D

Let's go with 82, one more than Kobe.

he has said as much himself in a quote I saw in an interview .  Good intentions only go so far ,  you need players like Tatum in the NBA .

Brad Stevens asked (rhetorically) before the game if "anyone's scored more against us since we've been here than DeMar Derozan." Not anymore. MOST POINTS VS. BOSTON (2013-2021) DeMar DeRozan 568 Bradley Beal 563 Giannis Antetokounmpo 546 Kyle Lowry 533 LeBron James 530

Kinda amusing that Stevens' most scathing critique of his team all year came after a win.  Can only imagine what was said in that locker room at halftime, and probably after the game as well.
It's the only one we have heard of. My guess is maybe Brad gets a bit more heated behind closed doors.

Yeah, I was specifically referring to his media comments.

My understanding is that Stevens is a bit of an old school hardass when the cameras aren't on him.  It's one reason I've never bought into the "Brad is soft; he doesn't stand up to his players" narrative that circulates here from time to time.  There are some legitimate reasons to be critical of Stevens this year, but I just don't believe that's one of them.
Ah, yeah, publicly this one is harsh.

Have another TP when I can give them out again. I think I'll go back and give everyone another in the morning

Missed the game, this one will be fun to watch on DVR at least  :police:

They deserved the criticism...letting a lottery team hang 77 on them. Great comeback but shouldn't have been in that position to begin with. But a win under those circumstances builds resilience and confidence and this team needs that more than anything.

As for the criticism, it's funny how fans judge a coach's behavior based on the 2 hours they see him in a game. We don't see Brad in training, or when he's interacting with the team before the game and after the game. But we judge him based on the 2 hours or based on what he says in post game comments when most coaches don't want to throw their players under the bus. It's because fans want their coach to feel like he's as mad as they are so they want him to yell at the team the way they probably would like to yell at the team, Bobby Knight or Tom Izzo style. I personally don't think that's an effective form of managing professional players but everyone to their own. As a coach you're managing relationships and personalities over the course of a long season, unlike most fans who spend their 2 hrs sitting on the couch yelling at the TV then you forget about it till the next game. I'm sure Brad gets stuck into them, in the privacy of the dressing room, just not in public.
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

Or unable to post a photo, as the case may be. But I finally got it!
