Glade to hear Romeo played well again .  He plays like he belongs on the court .  Few mistakes and confident in what he is doing.

I believe he is going to be an important asset before it’s all said and done.

Getting to see Romeo play more definitely took the sting out of losing Fournier. He plays with a quiet confidence and he I’ve been really impressed with his defense. He’s able to finish at the rim and his shooting stroke looks improved as well.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Hard to figure out this club. We haven't been able to put much of a run together all season, sans the first 10 games when Jaylen was shooting out of his mind, but we've won 5 of 6 now, and beat the team with the longest win streak in the league.

No reason at all we can't finish those last 18 games strong and be the 4th seed in the playoffs.

When they defend at a high level they are a very good team.

- Brown and Kemba started the 15-0 run that took us from 14 down to a lead.
- 31-3 run amidst a 40-8 game-closing run.
- NBA efficiency summary: JB+JT 25 (but Brown was more efficient), TL 19, KW 17, MS 15, TT 11, RL 8, and the rest of the bench 8 (which is a problem we've had all year).
- That being said, GW did a great job on Jokic.
- Until three games ago, the Celtics were 3-20 this season when trailing entering the fourth quarter. They’ve won three straight games now when trailing entering the fourth quarter. That's showing some cajones.

Huge win in the toughest test of the road trip. Can I dream about running the table without jinxing the Cs?

Really enjoyed that. Great to have the odd game at an hour where it can reasonably be watched live here in Ireland.

Hung tough when the Nuggets threatened to creep away at times. Reminded me in a way of a gnarly old boxer who just keeps getting back up which I thought was great. Showed excellent spirit. Then in the last quarter to blow away an excellent team like the Nuggets was a major upswing on the last few weeks. The more minutes Robert Williams plays, the more I like of him. Personally I think they were right to let Theis go to give Timelord his chance.

Does anybody know of a radio station or internet site where there is a post game show please? I've tried the main Celtics radio network but it's blocked here and even when I use a VPN to spoof my laptop as being in the USA, the site still seems to recognise that I'm not.

If you are having a difficult time finding something online, CLNS media always broadcasts their postgame show on YouTube. Just go to YT and type in 'CLNS' and you should be good to go. They usually have over an hour of banter after the game and they also leave it up on the site to watch as a video if you can't see it live. Not incredible or anything, but not bad.

That's insane how the Celtics outscored them 31-8 in the 4th quarter. Did Denver just threw in the towel?

Winning at Denver is always fun though.

Also another thing to say- do not trade Tatum lol. He is our very own Kevin Durant/Kobe Bryant.

Anyone else can be expendable to complement Tatum.

Another positive stat reversal: Cs have won 11 of the last 12 4th quarters.

Sure, but the C's need to also win the games for it to matter more. 3 wins in a row is a start, but this team should be plowing through bad teams and should be playing neck and neck with the other contending teams.

Celtics are 4 and 1 since Romeo got back just sayin'.

Mike Malone wasn't happy with his team. He says they got too caught up in complaining about officiating and forgot to play.

Nuggets coach Mike Malone says team’s focus on officiating caused collapse
By Gary Washburn Globe Staff,Updated April 11, 2021, 7:31 p.m.

DENVER — The Celtics aren’t used to their opponents crumbling into submission, yet that was the case Sunday at Ball Arena, as MVP candidate Nikola Jokic sulked on the bench for the final four minutes of Boston’s 105-87 win.

Jokic was visibly frustrated at some non-calls and a travel call when being defended by Grant Williams during the Celtics’ stirring fourth-quarter run. In the final sequence, Jokic thought he was fouled on a short jumper by Williams and tried fouling Williams on his way down the floor and then stopped to argue with officials as Williams scored a layup.

“That can never take away [from] your duty as a basketball player,” Nuggets coach Mike Malone said. “We’ll learn from that.”

Jokic would not return for the final 4:41, and he remained seated several feet away from the Nuggets’ timeout huddle in the final few minutes.

“They were playing (physical) the whole game,” he said afterwards. “They are a physical team. They are a talented team. I think we needed to do a better job of just answering the physicality, not just playing along and going through the motions.”

The Celtics ended the game on a 40-8 run with the Nuggets shooting 3 for 23 in the final 14 minutes. Malone blamed his team’s implosion on his players being consumed with the officiating.

“They turned up the heat, got into us and we allowed that to kill our offensive flow, then we started complaining, whining, not getting back, not competing,” he said. “I think it all started, we were up 14 and I think we had four straight turnovers and that ignited them. We haven’t played like that in a long time.

“I could not envision us completely imploding.”

Hm, I wonder if Jokic would be interested in playing for the C's one day.

Great and very unprobable win ! Foronce event were on our side (most of calls, frustration for the other team...).

Whatever we will need to push strong until the end, as all others 4-8 teams in the east begin to win hardly (many wins for Atlanta, Miami and even Charlotte and NYK). As I think we really need to finish 4/5th if we really want to enter the PO with some true hopes, we need a strong serie until may.

Go C's! One of the first serie of matches, they awake in us some hope this season  (but we may be prudent as our hopes were many times dispaointed).
