I think he goes to the Bucks as they need a backup for Holiday. Teague had been playing well over the last 10 game’s, averaging just under 10ppg while shooting 61% from 3pt and 67% From the field. Had 15pts in 17mins against the Bucks earlier in the week. Would be a good signing for them.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

I'm bummed we had to dump him.  It surprises me that we couldn't pay anybody to take Carsen Edwards.

Agreed. I have a feeling it’s going to come back to bite the C’s in the ass. He could play a significant role for the Bucks as they really do not have a backup PG currently.

We’re lucky Orlando came through, because apparently nobody else wants anything to do with us (had to pay off Javonte’s contract, not even a 2nd for Theis). I agree that it’s too bad we had to let Teague go - it was finally starting to turn around for him.

TP for making me laugh.

Well, maybe the playmaking by Timelord with 4 shooters around him is a starting point  8).

I would have liked to let go of Edwards as well. Don't see a future for him with the Celtics.

Positive thing is that this opens up more minutes for Pritchard.
And Teague may get the opportunity to become a back-up guard on a contender.

Yes, to the Bulls or Bucks. Terrific.

I would prefer dumping Edwards, but he is garanted the next 3 years (including this one), so it made the diefference. I think he is one of the goner this summer, with Tristan and maybe Kemba (and 2 or 3 of our 3rd stringe bigs)

^^^this. He was just starting to play really well for us, I was gutted that we lost him and Theis at the trade deadline for Evan Fournier.

Edwards final year isn’t guaranteed, only next year.  I’m guessing the Celtics still have some hope for him, because otherwise I can’t see why Orlando wouldn’t have taken a flyer on him instead of taking Teague whom they were going to instantly cut, meaning he wasn’t made available to Orlando.

I fixed it. Bulls could be a problem too, if their new pieces fit.

I am not going to sweat about where Teague signs.  If he can latch on and help a contender, good for him.  He was entirely expendable for us.  Teague was fourth on the PG depth chart behind Kemba, Smart, and Pritchard.

And the way I see this, we had 3 roster spots go out and 3 come in.  To me, we gave up Theis to get Fournier, Teague to get Wagner, and Green to get Kornet.  Theis and Fournier are regular rotation players who will make an impact, the rest, not so much.  I have no problem having Wagner over Teague.  Wagner actually has more opportunity to have some impact just due to the position that he plays.  Teague was only going to have a role if there was an injury or even two.
