If they could just frequently rotate G-league guys from different teams in and out of the roster at random that would be ideal. That way you‘d always have that ‚let’s see what the new guy can do‘ sensation going each game...

Half our team is G league level in talent already.

Zarren as Basketball Ops and Kara Lawson as HC!
Zarren would be ok, but no to Kara Lawson as HC.

I am not ready to give up on Stevens he did not put this team together whose parts don't fit.   He didn't want to see what our guys could do this year when most of us knew half the team was G League level talent.     He isn't clutching to dead end players in terms of potential  like Grant or Edwards.

CBS deserves some blame, his rotations are terrible at times but look at the bench talent, you'd have terrible rotations too with this team

1) Upgrade the bench with teams selling.   Right now our bench production is  26th in the league.   Only the Hawks, Cavs, and Kings and Pacers have lower scoring bench than us.

https://www.nba.com/stats/teams/traditional/?sort=PTS&dir=1&Season=2020-21&SeasonType=Regular%20Season&StarterBench=Bench

And only Rob makes the leader list in any category for bench guys, 3rd in blocks, 7th in rebounds

This would be easier to do adding a star folks and we might even win some games here and there with some bench production more than we are getting.  Tatum and Brown could rest and who knows they might trust the new guys enough to pass to them.

2)   I wonder if Brown and Tatum would not be better with a pass first PG than Kemba.

3) Get the dead weigh off the roster.  Time for Trader Danny and CBS to realize that some of our guys though they might be fine human beings and great team mates they are not good basketball players at the NBA level.

The other day someone wrote that he’d rather see a donut coach the Cs than Mark Jackson. I agree. It wouldn’t even have to be a very good donut. Like, one of those no-filling, no-glaze old-fashioned donuts would be okay.

I guess if Jackson coached we wouldn’t have to listen to him broadcast the games, but it’s too high a price to pay. Can’t they take him somewhere else?

those old fashioned donuts are the best don’t compare them to Mark Jackson’s coaching.

donuts wouldn't be able to grouse about the refs and the players' lack of effort in press conferences OR yell at the refs and players during the game, which are the primary functions of an NBA coach

But it would be great in the press conference - approaching Belichick in its ability to stonewall.

Karalis: “Donut, what were you thinking in the 4th quarter when the team went into iso ball?”
Donut: “ .... “
Karalis: “Donut?”
Donut: “ ....”
Celtics host: “Next question...”

The donut would at least glisten, maybe even melt a little.  That's more than BB.

Point Belichick.

Get that donut a hoodie and it’s on.
