Taking aside the race component of the Flores lawsuit there are some other very interesting allegations like the Ross telling him when he was first hired he'd give him 100k for every loss.  I mean if that doesn't strike to the heart of competition I don't know what would.  I also find it amusing that Bill Belichick pulled the classic old guy that can't properly operate technology and texted the wrong guy.

The Washington Football Team is now the Washington Commanders.

Meh.  I was hoping they'd keep the "red" in their name, like Red Tails.  I also liked Hogs.

The uniforms look atrocious.

I absolutely think the Dolphins management wanted to tank that season.  And, they should have.  With Joe Burrow in place of Tua, they might be playing in the Super Bowl right now.

But, I'm not sure if off the record contract bonuses for losses are going to impress the NFL.

Lots of info coming out regarding Dan Snyder and sexual harassment/abuse allegations that Snyder touched an employee unwantedly and had a video producer make a video of cheerleaders in lewd positions/possible nudity not known by the cheerleaders.

Makes you wonder if any of this was in the emails the NFL has that they kept hidden and didn't release, though they released info regarding Jon Gruden which probably ended Gruden's career in football.

Sorry, IMO the NFL buried stuff hoping it would all go away. Snyder should have been tossed from the league a long time ago.

Sure ownership probably wanted to tank and frankly I have no problem telling the coach, hey we aren't going to be very good this year, just develop players and work towards next year.  I'm sure that happens all of the time, it just different to not only tell your coach to lose, but to pay him big money to do so.  That is just an entirely different thing.

NFL latest: Deflategate was actually just made up nonsense.

Patriots should honestly get their draft picks back instead of hearing NFL's bs apologies.

Did NFL actually come out with a statement about deflategate?  If so, then why wouldn't Pats "sue" for return of what they were penalized?

So, who does everyone got today?

Cincy turned it on in the playoffs, holding KC and Mahomes to only 3 points in the second half at Arrowhead. Mixon, Chase, Higgins are their 3-headed offensive monsters and they've been playing lights out. Rams been playing ugly in 2 of their 3 playoff wins, in which, IMO, should have lost to Tampa Bay had Bowles did not call for a silly blitz and went into OT. McVay and Shanahan had two terrible meltdown calls in the NFCCG but Shanahan was worse at the end. Rams lucked out both wins.

I think Cincy will cover +4.5 and win outright, Rams unable to win with home-field advantage in the Superbowl. 27-20 CIN

I'm rooting for the Bengals. But I think the Rams will win as they have more talent.

BUT... you know what, I'll predict a Bengals win. I'll say similar score, 28-20 CIN wins

Also, a good start on defense for the Bengals. Now Burrow's up

I don't understand why you go for it that early in the game. When the Pats played the Rams in the SB 3 years ago, they played field position and forced LAR to try and drive down the field to score. The Bengals didn't convert and the Rams got a pretty easy TD score from it. Instead of pinning them deep with a punt, they gave it to them around midfield. And it's only the 1st quarter.

That was the weakest punt in Super Bowl History.
