I’m sure it’s something to do with sabermetrics style statistics on matchups. I feel like that’s how Brad makes most of his lineup and substitution decisions.

No idea. Green keeps gambling on defense and losing and no one is guarding him on the other end. But he is hustling... ;D

Westbrook is probably only 75% of what he use to be but that's still pretty impressive.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Green is always thought of as being in for defensive purposes, which is weird because he's not good at defence.
