Zion reminds me a lot of a more athletic Glen Davis.
Hahahaha. That's a hilarious comp. Good old Big Baby

He's more like a big Powe with knees!

That was a really bad move by Tatum. Nesmith was wide open in the corner

WIDE open.  Bad judgement by Tatum.

They stars need to get the role players more involved, not just an afterthought

This team won't reach its ceiling until they learn to do that.

Have you  noticed that when Payton and Jayson are on the floor together like now Jayson never passes the ball to Payton instead he plays point guard and doesn’t pass it to anyone

It's getting old

JT thinking he’s Chris Paul again. SMH

See, this is the exact type of situation where Stevens needs to be roasting these officials - in the past 10 minutes I have seen 3 specific plays where the Celtics player went straight up to contest a shot in the lane area, where the replay showed NO CONTACT whatsoever on the shooter's arms and minimal contact on the body that was mostly initiated by the Pelicans' player's momentum and the shooting foul was called anyway. Plus the illegal screen call on RWilliams where he is called for a foul for releasing from the pick to roll to the basket.

As a result, Pelicans cut the lead to 14 with a quarter+ to play and the possibility of another blown lead by Boston. Stevens gets in the officials ear and maybe we get a few calls going our way and New Orleans does not cut a 22-point lead to 13 at the end of the third quarter, now making the 4th a tough fight to get a win that should have been a blowout. We also get the added bonus of the players feeling some strong support from their coach in a tough road game, which is a great motivator and brings the team together.

Brad being polite is not going to get us through a title run.
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

The whistles are killing this game....

what happens ....when a run a way starts to happen in our favor ...

its the refs job to reel in the game tighten it up.....after all its TV ratings that REALLY count..

Refs icing the Celts to steer the game towards a tighter contest  ....brownie points from NBA

only in NASCAR to officals influence the sport more as it unfolds .

Tim Donaghy took a lot of heat for what he did, but he made a lot interesting points.  He said the league basically expected them to do this and how easily they could affect the game with just a few well timed fouls.  He said the league didn’t directly instruct this, but it was expected and they were rewarded for doing it.

Payton started the season almost exclusively playing off ball next to either Teague or Smart, so I him being off ball seems part of the game plan by Stevens and not some evil plot by Tatum.
