TT hadn't played since March, didn't have a training camp, sat out 2 of the first 10 games because of injury, and averaged an NBA EFFiciency (the pre-cursor to PER) of 11.3 through the end of January. In 11 games in February, he's averaged an NBA EFF of 14.5. He's rounding into shape and is currently around 90% of where he's been since after his rookie year. It's not surprising that it's taken TT, Kemba, and Nesmith longer to come around, and we're likely to have the same issues with Tatum (who's talented enough to fill up the stat sheet even as he's struggling with COVID after-effects), Smart, and Romeo.
