Thompson did a horrible job on Jokic. Yeesh... Least Timelord made him work a bit.
it made no difference tonight. jokic is just unconscious out there. if he slows down at all the celtics can pull away.

nuggets impressed me with their hustle on defense late in the second quarter. that is what the celtics have to do more of. they need to be aggressive more consistently.

nesmith...is this the start of his breakout? or will he be like semi and turn into a pumpkin?

no doubt about that in CBS offense with the Js on court there will always be room for the three. if nesmith can make those consistently the celtics will win a lot of games.

Celtics FG 48.8% 3PT 32%
Nuggets FG 50% 3PT 41.2%

Benches
Celtics 43 minutes 23 points
Nuggets 33 minutes 6 points

It seems clear that Stevens is reading liam's posts here demanding minutes for Nesmith...13 minutes 7 points 2-2 from threeee
if you take out jokic stats the nuggets are horrible. jokic is basically putting that team on his back and pulling them through this game. amazing play by him so far.

Tatum doesn't look right. I wonder how much the Covid effects really are bothering him.

I agree not fully engaged...not moving with out the ball

Funny cause my 13 Yr old kid had a game today, after playing in the snow all day... Played the same way as Tatum.. Minus the points and on the floor assist haha

  • Let's Go Celtics!
Well the talent is there.  Brad needs to have more confidence in them.  Looks like it’s getting through.  Now let’s get the j,s to play as a team and we might have something

They're having decent night against an injured Nuggets team, but this team still has no depth.

You create depth by getting what you have more involved.  If there is talent and your not using it then yeah there’s no depth

If it comes to it I'm hoping That Tacko plays over Grant Williams if we have foul trouble!

Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

C’s whole bench is positive in the +/-. Only starter in the positive is Tatum.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

Speaking of G-Will... is he a healthy scratch?

I thought he was healthy. You can't really see the bench now.
