No, the Celtics are also playing terribly. But so far twice (Kemba and Tatum) have leaned into too-close defenders to draw fouls and neither got a whistle when in the NBA stars ALWAYS get that call, and on the other end some real ticky-tack stuff is sending GS to the line. Also Tatum used his arm to get some space and gets called for it, another move that's NEVER called against marquee players. Celtics are sucking, but the refs need to call the game the same for both teams.
