Still early, but it’s interesting to see how the 2020 rookie class is performing thus far. Wasn’t sold on Edwards going into the draft, but it seems like Min made the right choice there. Have been impressed with Wiseman and Ball. Nice to see P2 listed as well.

And it would have been so logical. Still, lots of draft experts didn't have Pritchard in the first round and apparently he had a promise (from the Knicks?), so Pritchard is a great get by Ainge nonetheless.

I was hoping the Cs could trade up in the draft, and Halliburton was definitely on my radar, too. He seems to be panning out well.  KOC talked into making Killian Hayes my binkie among guards, but now that I’ve seen Hayes’ shooting (his form is really odd and the results look bad - Fultz-like) I’m just fine we missed out on him. Halliburton is another story.

I was amazed at how far Halliburton fell. I wasn’t even considering him an option but then he kept falling.

I think Chilly's point is that bad teams will play rookies, regardless. What is amazing is that Pritchard is doing so well despite playing with great players and actual expectations. We saw what he did last night with no depth at PG. He would be in the running for rookie of the year with that type of opportunity every game.

I was also bummed out about Haliburton - even more so knowing that it's evidently going to take Nesmith time to figure it out - but he and FPP play the same position and I'm not totally sure who is better.

Nesmith was a terrible pick, but Danny has been terrible drafting in the 10-20 range his entire career as far as I can remember..
