Nesmith is lost defensively

I can't say I'm surprised. Brad doesn't trust people on the floor unless they are good at D, or have abilities on the offensive end that negate their negative affect on D by X fold.  The amount we've seen him this year, or lack there of made me think that to be the case.

This is true. They have these things called "practice" where they, among other things, kind of simulate actual game experiences. These "practices" help to give the coaching staff an indication of how players may go in actual games. Many fans do not appear to be aware of this.
