Haha, still hasn't made one? Oh boy. I saw this after his first two games. He still hasn't made one? Oh man. That is hard. Not the way you want to start life on a new team. But boy is funny.

So what you're saying is, when we play the Warriors, Oubre will go 11-15 for 30 points against us?  :P

Like I was saying during the offseason - he's one of the only guys that can rival Wiggins in accumulating empty stats. And they're Golden State's starting wings ;D
'23 Historical Draft: Orlando Magic.

PG: Terry Porter (90-91) / Steve Francis (00-01)
SG: Joe Dumars (92-93) / Jeff Hornacek (91-92) / Jerry Stackhouse (00-01)
SF: Brandon Roy (08-09) / Walter Davis (78-79)
PF: Terry Cummings (84-85) / Paul Millsap (15-16)
C: Chris Webber (00-01) / Ralph Sampson (83-84) / Andrew Bogut (09-10)

He'll get his shot back.  It's not like he's not a talented NBA player anymore.

I guess Kelly must have read your post while playing against the Pistons.

He’s made a three-ball.

The Celtics may end up getting a draft pick from GSW at the deadline just to take him off their hands. Saves GSW like 60+ million in salary/tax payments.

Empty stats in the sense that despite putting up decent enough box scores he’s generally always a negative for his team on the court

I don't like Oubre as a personality as far as I know him. He also becomes a free agent.
Which means if he does well, he's going to ask a big contract which we shouldn't give him.
It also is only a one year contract the Warriors shred.

Getting Draymond Green or Klay Thompson of the roster (or Andrew Wiggins!!!) would save them a lot more.
Those three will be much cheaper to get now as well. No interest in Wiggins, whatever the Warriors may throw on the table. But Green is interesting. Some say he's washed up, but I'd be willing to give up mini-Green Grant Williams and Daniel Theis to find out. (Theis needs to go either way, it's really close to getting into the tax)
