Best thing for James to do now is just apologize if he was wrong (and apparently he was), put his head down and just play the season out as if he's going to be there long-term.
I'm sure he WON'T be there in HOU long-term. He (and I'm sure his agent, too) have already expressed their desire to be traded.
I'm certain that after a 10 game winning streak, a player of the month, several triple-doubles, a 60 point triple double, etc, etc - his trade stock will shoot RIGHT UP once more.
Won't take long for James Harden - one of the most prolific scorers of our lifetime.
