When Jaylen runs the show, we're using screens, kicking the ball out, everybody is engaged and involved.

When Jayson runs the show, everybody is standing because it's Tatum Time. 

Time to get out of that.  Tatum can run good offense... I've seen him do it.  So he needs to DO IT.
