Guys don’t take the title of the thread so literally. Clearly Kemba is better than Teague. What I’m saying is, does the signing of a 5th ball handler signal Kemba’s departure?

No. At least, it won't be by any design. I am highly doubtful Ainge brought in Teague as a foil for an impending Kemba trade. I think it's far more likely that Ainge saw a good veteran backup PG and got him as a replacement for our departing veteran backup PG. Teague just happens to be better.
