What does a S+T Hayward to Indy look like? if he goes 3/60M can we go 1 for 1 turner for hayward?

Yes I think provided Hayward is realistic with his salary demands it makes it easier for us to execute a S+T, more so than if he hadn't opted out and we decided a turner trade was our priority.

I mentioned earlier that a 1 for 1 swap would means Hayward's starting salary would be $22,600,000, so a 3 years deal would be in the $73m range with annual raises of 8%.

I'm calling bull on Horford. We more or less tampered to get Kemba and it was official quite quickly once the moratorium lifted. Horford could have rescinded on his acceptance to the 6ers, wouldn't have been the first time in history it happened. He came to boston for money, and he went to philly for money.

Hayward won't get better money, he's most likely to actually take a paycut, but he's trying to lock in more guaranteed money. Probably securing his last large contract before he starts ring chasing.

Yes - brothers do fight and sometimes we forget that these guys are still pretty young.  I agree that I wouldn't jump to conclusions about the meaning of a physical encounter between teammates.

I can absolutely see the desperate Knicks giving Hayward an absurdly regrettable contract.
They get absolutely no star talent, black athletes detest James Dolan. Hayward will probably be their best chance to get an all star caliber  player for a very very long time

This is bad news if so.  Hopefully he's willing to come back to Boston on those numbers.  Either that or it's a ploy to get Indiana or Boston to give him more.
