Question for the group regarding the Bogdan situation and Hayward sign and trade situation. How are these guys even talking about sign and trade deals if free agency isn't even open yet? Is that legal?
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

Haha of course they pick Toppin. Great offensive player, horrible defender. We'll see.

Please let haliburton fall to 14!
I think Haliburton is a top 3-5 player in this draft. Love his BBIQ. I would be thrilled if he falls to 14.

Or trade up.  I’d give up all three picks to get him even if it’s an overpay.

The optimist in me hopes that ATL picked Okongwu for Boston as part of a trade.  Probably wishful thinking.

bank on Knicks taking Obi
Almost a guarantee given how redundant he and Randle are
knicks know scoring puts butts in the seats.

And everyone knows Dolan will get involved and prevent them from ever becoming a good team.

I'm assuming if the team holding the player's rights are aware and onboard, its okay.

quality over quantity sounds good about now.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism
At this point I think it is safe to say Danny is staying put at 14

Not likely, but it's possible the team they are trading with is waiting to see who is there at 14. ATL has a very interesting situation with Collins, Capela, Dedmon, and Okongwu.

Obi in tears after being picked by the Knicks, let’s hope it was tears of joy instead of despair

at this rate, I'm getting optimistic a better player than expected is going to be there at 14 for Danny.  would not be surprised if we got a player that good that they'd be shipped out in a trade tomorrow either
