8 minutes espn milking between picks. Pick up the pace

Are you new to this?  This is how they've presented the draft on TV for years.  Pick, filler, talking heads, pick.  Rinse & repeat

Settle in to watch the Celtics make three mediocre picks.
You must be fun at parties. Literally no matter who we draft you'll pan the pick.

Naw. Just saying this draft is overall very average. Want to see Danny do something bold.

Without getting in to the whole debate, Celtics draft history since Reggie Lewis has been mediocre at best.
I find this argument pretty nonsensical. What team has hit on more drafts than they've missed? We've drafted 1 All-NBA level player, 1 All-Star level player and 1 All-Defensive First Team level player in the last decade alone.

OK, I agree that recent very high draft picks have worked out very nicely, but I'm talking more about mid-late first round picks typically suck. I will dive into the data later to try make this argument. But from the outset, a few teams that have better than mediocre draft history: Bucks, Warriors, Dallas, San Anton, Lakers, Raptors, Orlando, Heat, OKC, Jazz.

danny is such a sissy

Lol. 2k really has made basketball completely unrealistic for some watchers. Takes 2 teams to trade, Danny can't force anyone to the table.

 barf.

Another obvious pick. Ball is a very high risk/high reward player, and the Hornets are desperate for a star.

Rozier is probably weeping at home being pushed further down the depth chart in Charlotte now

Rozier got his big payday so he should be pretty happy.

Interesting. I wonder if we're in on this somehow. I can see a three-way deal with Boston, Indy, and Cleveland happening.

Best player in draft to Charlotte, but it is a MJ team so he will probably be out of the league befire the end of his rookie contract
