If you do coaches, keep to the spirit of the draft:  no coaches in the top-10 of wins / winning percentage.
Yeah, some parameter like this was briefly mentioned. Think it might have been no championship winning coaches.

That was my suggestion, but no top 10 wins would work as well.

Redick is so underrated in these drafts.  He always goes behind Korver, but I think JJ is a better overall scorer and better / more active defender.

He is, but he isn't as good a shooter and they are both often drafted deep enough where you are really only drafting situationally for them, and in that case it makes sense to get the better situational player.

I had JJ on my list for my next pick. Good fit.

I am not sure I rate him higher than Korver though. Korver was a superior defender, more versatile of a player position wise and at their peaks is a superior shooter with a quicker trigger.

The trade between Darth and I completed and turns out to be

Reggie Miller and Kyle Lowry for Clyde Drexler and JJ Redick.

That's a very fair trade for both sides.

I think it worked out well for both of us.

I have Drexler as a better player than Miller by a fair bit, but by the same amount that Lowry is better than Reddick.

So even

I personally like the fit of Miller and Lowry on my team alot more then Drexler.

Going with Old School Banger McFilthy

Jeff Ruland brings the toughness, rebounding and low post presence to round out our Big rotation. Dude was also an exceptional passer.

He also sends Moses his regards.

With the 3rd pick of the 10th round, the Milwaukee Bucks select Allan Houston.

One of the smoothest jump shooters I've ever seen in my life! He would have been even more lethal in today's game!

A nice comp for Houston is Devin Booker. Houston is a bit bigger (6'6'' vs 6'5''). He was probably a considerably better shooter as well.

3P% - career average
Houston: 40.2 on 3.9 attempts per game
Booker: 35.4 on 5.5 attempts per game

Allan Houston led the Knicks to the NBA Finals in 1998/99 (alongside a player who's eligible to be drafted). Ewing was 37 years old at the time and only played in 11 out of the 20 playoff games due to injuries. Eventually, the Knicks lost in 5 games to the Spurs (led by Duncan and David Robinson).

The Knicks came back the following season (1999/20). They reached the ECF, but they lost in 6 games to the Pacers (led by Reggie Miller).

Unfortunately, Houston's career was cut short due to knee injuries. After sustaining his first knee injury, he wasn't the same player ever again.

Dude kinda reminds me of an NBA-version Sargeant Slaughter.

Korver is a more switchable defender though, which means it's easier to hide him on D.

He's probably a better shooter too. Obviously, shooting is hands down the most important skill when drafting a shooting specialist.
