Theo Maledon

good sized french point guard, I really like him as a potential draft and stash and long term roster fit.

I like him.  He’s who I picked for us in the draft pick contest.

Celts have a bad history with French players.  The ones we picked / signed were scrubs (Yabu, Poirier), and some of the ones we passed on were studs (Parker, Gobert).

Would be great at 26, just think he'll be picked prior.  Is he willing to be stashed?  Assuming that'd be the C's preference...

Bob Cousy is French (descent), LOL.

Im a fan of his.

Seems like my type in this draft is point guards playing abroad. I’m a huge fan of Hampton, Maledon and Hayes.

Devin Vassell

He would be a really interesting wing addition. I would guess that #14 will be his floor and if the Cs really want him a minor trade up is likely required.

All three sound like good prospects to select at #14 tbh - big guards with decent skills at a pretty young age is always a decent foundation for any team to develop.

Maledon is gonna be that at 26 or 30.

The Celtics have offered up their three first-round picks (nos. 14, 26, and 30) in trades to try and move into the lottery, but multiple league sources say they intend to reroute that pick to the Pelicans in exchange for Jrue Holiday. – via nbadraft.theringer.com

How does Kevin O'Connor come up with this/source?

makes no sense.  Contract wise alone

Chris Grenham: Devin Vassell said his zoom call and workout with the Celtics both went really well. “They showed some interest. … Me being able to talk to them and show them what I’ve been working on over the last 6-7 months, I think it really helped.” –

We'd have to trade up to get him.

If Patrick Williams, Saddiq Bey and Kira Lewis move up. I think Vassell is most likely to drop
