That's a bad call - that's an and-1 for Dragic.

Theis is now sterile.

That's a borderline one. Bringing the knee up in the typical layup fashion shouldn't be a foul, but Dragic was turned by about 45 degrees with the knee to get the contact. It wasn't straight up. So I can see why that's a foul call on him.
